News

Hawkspring was formed by the merger of Hawks who supported drug and alcohol users and their children and Kwads who supported carers and family members afffected by their loved ones drug and alcohol use.

By coming together the new charity is now able to offer a one-stop, holistic service supporting drug and alcohol users, their families and carers, and their children.

Dawn Primarolo MP had this to say. “Hawks and Kwads were two fantastic and hard-working organisations that have done so much for their communities," she said "I’m delighted that they've joined together to create Hawkspring which will continue to offer much-needed specialist drug and alcohol support services for the whole family".

We aim to help create communities where people choose to live free from the damage caused by drug and alcohol misuse, and residents are leading successful,

healthy lives.
